The second generation of the XK debuted in 2005 at the Frankfurt Motor Show in Germany, styled by Jaguar's chief designer Ian Callum. The X150's grille was designed to recall the 1961 E-Type. The XK is an evolution of the Advanced Lightweight Coupé (ALC) introduced at the 2005 North American International Auto Show. The XK features a bonded and riveted aluminum chassis shared with the XJ and body panels, both a first for a Jaguar grand tourer. Compared to the XK (X100), the XK (X150) is 61.0 mm (2.4 in) wider and 162.6 mm (6.4 in) long. It is also 91 kg (200 lb) lighter resulting in performance and fuel consumption improvements. Unlike the X100, the X150 has no wood trim on the interior offered as standard equipment. The interior featured steering column-mounted shift paddles. A more powerful XKR version having a supercharged variant of the engine was introduced in 2007.

TERMS OF SALE
Please understand that by placing a bid on this vehicle you are entering into a legal and binding contract to purchase the above described vehicle
The above mentioned vehicle has been described to the best of our ability; however as with all pre-owned vehicles the condition is subjective. It is to be assumed that all used vehicles will have some degree of wear. We invite you, or you’re representative, to inspect our car in person at our facility.
The vehicle is sold in "as is/where is" condition, with no guarantees or warranties written or implied. Please be advised that no oral statements made concerning the vehicle constitute any warranty for this vehicle.
If you are not sure about something, please call us. We will be happy to take as much time as necessary to answer any questions you might have.
As the vehicle is for sale locally, we reserve the right to end the auction without notice if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
FORMS OF PAYMENT
Cash, Bank Wire Transfer, Cashier's Check, Certified Check, Personal Check or funds from a Lender.
Vehicle may not leave the premises the same day of payment unless it is cash. All other forms will have a hold until FUNDS HAVE CLEARED
THE WINNING BIDDER MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 24 HOURS OF THE CLOSE OF AUCTION. THE TOTAL BALANCE MUST BE PAID WITHIN THE AGREED TIME THAT BUYER AND SELLER AGREED TO AT THE INITIAL CONTACT.
SHIPPING TERMS
We make it simple for you! Our friendly sales staff will be glad to help in getting your new car in your driveway. After many years dealing with transporters, we have compiled a list of preferred shippers that will take care of your car from our lot to your front door. You can find these preferred carriers on our website under the "Shipping" tab or just give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.
Fees and Taxes
A $250 DOCUMENTATION FEE WILL BE CHARGED ON ALL PURCHASES.
Ohio residents will pay all Ohio sales taxes, title and registration fees in accordance with their county of vehicle registration.
Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration.
The following states are "reciprocating states" and Cruisin Classics is obligated by law to collect taxes and forward to the department of taxation on behalf of the buyer.
Ohio residents pay tax rate in their county of residence.
Arizona 5.6%
California 7.5%
Florida 6.0%
Indiana 7.0%
Massachusetts 6.25%
Michigan 6.00%
South Carolina 5.00% OR $500. Tax Cap.
You are not double taxed on your purchase. The chart above outlines which states require Ohio dealers to collect taxes. Your local tax is charged only once, not twice. If the tax we charge is less than your local tax, you will only be obligated to pay the difference in your home state. Feel free to contact us if you are confused in any way by the new tax laws.
