I historically scoff at sellers of their automobles that claim"best in the world","best in the country",here I am stating this Jaguar XJS may simply be the best or one of the best in the land.This TIME WARP example is nothing shy of incredible.If one were to desire what a 1992 Jaguar looked,felt,and smelled like in 1992,this car would answer the curiousity!
This car was purchased new from Hornburg Jaguar in Los Angeles California and shipped to the new owner in Amarillo Texas.The original bill of sale as well as original books and manuals come with sale of the car.The car remained in Texas all of its life and was stored in a climate controlled enviroment.The original owner sold the car to one of his employee's who put 8000 miles on it.The original owner purchased the car back and has recently sold due to downsizing his collection.
The exterior paint is STUNNING with a mirror finish.The interior is a time warp example with every component reflecting the special care that has been given this car,it also still looks new.
The drive of the car almost better than s..,so amazingly smooth and tight.The car responds just as a new 12 cyl Jaguar would,tight,responsive and void of rattles,pulsating,or irregularities.
The soft top is new and crisp.
The engine compartment is like it was when it left the showroom in 1992,shiny and bright.
The wheels are void of damage of any sort with deep tread on the smooth running tires.
This car ultimately needs to go in a Jaguar collection or it could be the pride of a collection of one.

We require a deposit of $1000 in 24 hours and ask that the car be paid in full within 3 days. Transport is paid for by the customer unless otherwise discussed with Frazier Motorcar Company, but Frazier Motorcar Company is happy to help arrange transportation. Very early pre-HE Jaguar XJ-S, built 11th or 12th September 1975, practically rust-free California car, runs, drives, brakes, decent interior. Very original down to the British Leyland silencers and the year stamps on the wheels. Great project car for restoration.
It does have a number of imperfections: long dent on the rear right wing, paint has lots of imperfections, does not go into reverse, does not fire on all twelve cylinders, indicators and coolant temperature gauge do not work. I am sure it has other electric gremlins and you will find at least one rust spot somewhere. The engine is not matching numbers.
