Fees and Taxes
Out of state residents do not pay any sales tax. A $295 fee will be added to the final sale price of each online transaction due to state raising prices on tilte works we are sorry but have to raise the fees accordingly, which will cover document preparation, title transfer, airport pick up, listing fees vehicle prep and maintenance fees. Temporary Transit Tag is available for an extra fee for those customers that in need of one. There will be a storage fee of $19.99 per day if the vehicle is not being picked up with 10 regular days after the auction ends.

This body was manufactured from 1975-1996, and 1991-1996 in the form you see here. They are stately cars for sure, long and substantial, good looking with the top up or down.
This one looks great outside- beneficiary of newer paint and top. The paint is nice quality, smooth and shiny, showing little wear. The fabric top looks good, as does the fit.
The interior is original- and although it shows wear, it also shows a car that held up better than many you will come across. These were top of the line roadsters when produced and had to look the part with nicely detailed wood, chrome and leather, as well as all the power equipment expected in a luxury class performance automobile.
The heart of the car is the 6.0 liter V12, advertised at 278 horsepower @ 5400 rpm and 334 lb-ft @ 2800 rpm, able to propel this sleek Jaguar to 60 in 7.10 seconds. Not bad given the size and weight. But this isn't meant to be a hot rod. It IS a very good looking cruiser with enough power to make it enjoyable. [ omitted ].

AVAILABILITY
: We advertise our inventory across multiple websites. It is best practice to inquire about the advertised vehicle prior to purchasing in order confirm that it was not already sold. Vehicles may be sold prior to its eBay advertising ending, and we reserve the right to end advertising/listing early or to cancel any and all bids/offers solely at our discretion and shall not be held liable for any such cancellation. In the event that a bidder has the winning bid or finalizes the buy it now price, but did not check availability and the vehicle was sold before a deposit and contracts were executed, then we are not liable nor responsible.
AS-IS WHERE-IS
: All vehicles are sold on an AS-IS WHERE-IS basis. Having a third party inspection and addressing any concerns is recommended prior to purchase. It is the sole responsibility of the purchaser to verify all advertisements which shall include but not limited to options, accessories, and vehicle condition before time of sale. If the purchaser chooses to waive an inspection, the AS-IS WHERE-IS is still enforced. Any concerns will not be addressed post sale as the sale is final without cures or remedies.
PAYMENT
: We require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit within 24 hours of offer being placed. A deposit is a commitment to purchase and is applied towards the purchase price. The commitment to purchase is not contingent upon inspection, financing, or any other terms or conditions.
We require full payment within 7 days of offer acceptance, unless other arrangements are agreed to in writing.
If the deposit and/or full payment are not provided within said time frame, all vehicles will be relisted and transaction will be considered null and void.
We accept wire transfer (preferred), cashier's check, personal check (vehicle shipment will be delayed until check clears), ACH, credit cards (for the agreed deposit amount only and will incur a 3% fee), and in person cash payments. We also offer vehicle financing, please inquire for details prior to making bids/offers. PayPal and American Express is not accepted.
VEHICLE RELEASE
: Signed purchase packet which shall include but not limited to the purchase contract, cleared payment in full, and a copy of your driver's license will be needed before the vehicle is released.
Fees and Taxes
All finalized transactions will have additional charges if applicable which could include the following: sales tax, title fees, license & registration fees, and other additional government or licensing agency charges to register the vehicle. The purchaser is responsible for these charges.
The advertised price and winning auction bids shall include a document fee of $397.63.
All credit cards are charged a 3% convenient fee.
