This very special Jaguar XK120 SE Roadster checks all the boxes for collectability,desirability,a pleasure for your visual senses as well as audio and tactile senses.The car comes with full provenance.
The man that commissioned the restoration was so adamant that every component be 100% correct that he studied to be a Jaguar Concours judge,not to judge but to have awareness of the correct nut,washer,rubber sill and 100% of each component be correct for Concours judging.Evidently he succeeded as the car has won each show that it has been entered.The car was restored 30 years ago and refreshed twice since.The owner stated the car does not exceed 30 miles since its initial restoration,it has been trailered.This is not to state that the car is stale from static activity as it starts,stops, and runs exactly as it was designed.The exhaust note is a motorheads dream.
The pictures speak for the superb condition.The side curtains and soft top are new and have not been installed.There is a pictorial history of the restoration as well as pictures of the car before restoration.
The car has the British Heritage Certificate,all numbers and colors align with Certificate.Build date was July 21.1952,car is a 1953 example.
